    ASTM D1263 Leakage Tendencies Tester
     
    Introduction

    Load the sample into the modified front wheel hub and shaft assembly, and let the hub and shaft run for a total of 360±5 min under the specified conditions. Measure the leakage of grease or oil, and observe the condition of the bearing surface at the end of the sample.

    This instrument is suitable for the determination of the leakage of automobile wheel bearing grease, and can be used to distinguish products with obviously different leakage characteristics.

     

    Main Features

    1. The Leakage Tendencies Tester adopts an integrated design with a timeless appearance and easy operation;

    2. The unique box-type heating system of inserting the heat pipe rod into the casting body makes the heating speed fast and the temperature control precision is high;

    4. The rotating hub and shaft assembly has a compact structure and small end clearance. The bearings are all imported components, which guarantees reliability and wear resistance;
